Shipping and Handling

Holiday Delivery

For Christmas delivery, orders by 10am Eastern Standard Time on 12/21 for delivery of in-stock items by 12/24. For orders placed after these deadlines, Rush Delivery is available for an additional charge. Delivery is for in-stock items shipped via FedEx within the continental United States.

Standard Delivery

In-stock items (except jewelry) ship by ground within 2 business days of placing your order, and usually arrive within 3-5 business days after shipping. Orders placed on Saturday, Sunday or observed Holiday’s will be processed the next business day. Orders over $500 will require a signature for delivery.

1-2 Day Rush Delivery

Orders for in-stock items placed by 10 am Easter Standard Time can be shipped via UPS to arrive on the next business day for an additional charge per address, or to arrive within 2 business days for an additional charge per address; a street address is required. Please add another business day for orders placed after 10 am Eastern Standard Time. Rush Delivery is not available for personalized items, and some oversized or heavy items. Orders placed on Saturday, Sunday or observed Holiday’s will be processed the next business day. Please note that a signature is required on all UPS "Rush" shipments.

Jewelry Delivery

You have the choice to insure your order using the insurance option from UPS. You may be required to pay an additional charge per shipment. Orders over $500 will require a signature for delivery.

Furniture and Oversized Item Delivery

Most furniture and oversized items ship via UPS LTL Freight or by the least expensive service available. Please be sure to thoroughly inspect furniture before signing for delivery, report any concerns directly on the delivery form and contact The Travelers Collection customer service at 800-970-9440. In stock furniture items usually require 2-3 weeks for a delivery. Some oversized items ship directly from our vendors and require 4-6 weeks for delivery. Some oversized items that ship directly from the manufacturer cannot be shipped internationally.

Shipping Outside of Continental UNITED STATES

The Travelers Collection is pleased to offer shipping outside of the continental United States, please place your order via www.thetravelerscollection.com, once your order is completed and received you will be contacted by a customer service representative within 24-48 hours to finalize the international shipping documents required to process your order for shipping. You may also call Customer Service at 800-970-9440 and reference your order number for more information.

Delivery and Handling Charges

Delivery charges for orders shipped within the continental U.S. will be calculated automatically when you proceed to checkout. Orders consisting of multiple items may not ship at the same time; delivery and handling charges will be charged on a pro-rated basis if multiple shipments occur. Our packages are sent Monday - Friday via the UPS or through freight carriers for oversized items such as furniture. Orders typically ship the next business day after receipt of order. Standard delivery normally takes 5-7 business days.

Order Tracking

Once your order is processed you will be sent a confirmation email with the tracking number. You may go to the link provided in the email and track your order at any time.
