Returns and Exchanges

If at any time and for any reason within 120 days from your order, you do not feel that your purchase has lived up to your expectations simply return it for an exchange or a refund. The Traveler’s Collection purchases are accepted within 120 days of the original purchase date for an exchange or refund. The Purchase has to be in original packaging, unused and not damaged.

For Orders Shipped to the Continental US:

Refunds will be available for up to 120 days from the day you receive your order. You must request a Returned Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number during this 120-day period to qualify for a refund. To request an RMA number, please email one of our customer service representatives at returns@thetravelerscollection.com or you may call at 1-800-970-9440. Our Customer Service representatives are available from 9:00am-5:00pm Eastern Standard Time. Log in to your www.thetraverlescollection.com/myaccount and visit the Orders & Returns section, and locate the order that contains the item(s) you would like to return. If your return is in any way a result of an error by The Traveler’s Collection, we will provide you with a prepaid return label and will happily refund all applicable shipping costs paid on the product(s) you are returning.

If the return is not the result of an error by The Traveler’s Collection, you will be responsible for all shipping and packaging costs incurred for the order and any costs associated with returning the item(s). Please send your return using a reliable carrier that offers tracking (such as UPS, FedEx, or Priority Mail). It is strongly recommended that you insure the package, as you will be responsible for ensuring that all items arrive at the returns center in their original condition.

IMPORTANT NOTE: All returned items need to be in their original packaging, unused, and in its original condition. Refunds will not be issued if the returned products have been damaged or altered in any way before arriving at the Returns Center.

No refunds will be available after the 120-day returns period has expired.

Returning a Gift:

If you have received a gift from The Traveler’s Collection and would like to return it, you may do so by requesting an RMA number via email at returns@thetravelerscollection.com or by phone during the 120-day period following the original delivery date of the order. As soon as the return is received, we will issue you a Store Credit for the amount of the original order, less shipping charges, so that you may make a new selection from any of the offerings on the website. Rest assured that we will not alert the person who sent you the gift to your return request.

Promotion Codes on Returned Orders:

If you have used a promotion code on an order and later decide to return all parts of that order as a result of an error on The Traveler’s Collection part, we will gladly issue you a new promotion code for a future purchase on the site. If the return did not result from an error by The Traveler’s Collection, you will be unable to re-use the original promotion code.

Issuance of Credit:

If you purchased by credit card or Paypal, your account will be credited for the full applicable amount within 7 business days of receipt of the returned merchandise. If you are interested in exchanging one product for another, you will need to return the unwanted item and submit a completely new order (either online or by phone) for the product you would like to purchase.

Important Notes and Restrictions:

Refunds will not be available if the returned products have been damaged or altered in any way before arriving at the Returns Center.

The Traveler’s Collection is not responsible for loss or any costs incurred (including freight, duties and taxes, or import fees) for items returned without an RMA number or to any address other than The Traveler’s Collection Returns Center. No refunds or returns on custom orders.
No refunds or returns on gift certificates.
Make certain to use the original packaging when returning an item to ensure that it arrives in the same condition in which it was received.

As a safeguard against potential abuse, The Traveler’s Collection reserves the right to deny a refund to anyone who has made what we determine to be excessive returns.
 

Step-by-Step Return Instructions

1. Request a Returned Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number
For fastest service, submit your RMA request via email to returns@thetravelerscollection.com
2. RMA Number and detailed return instructions are provided by The Traveler’s Collection.
If the return is the result of an error by The Traveler’s Collection and the merchandise is being returned from an address in the continental United States, we will provide you with a prepaid return label. If the return is the result of an error by The Traveler’s Collection but the merchandise is being returned from an address outside the continental United States, we will provide you with special instructions. In all other cases, the address for the nearest Returns Center will be provided.
3. Returning the item(s) to The Traveler’s Collection
Be certain to include your RMA number inside each package being returned, as well as a copy of the original The Traveler’s Collection packing list (if available). You may also include any additional feedback related to the order that may not have been included in your original RMA request. If you are responsible for return shipping costs, please use a trackable shipping service (UPS, FedEx, or Priority Mail within the US; EMS, UPS, FedEx, TNT, or DHL from outside the US) to ensure that all items are received at Returns Center in good order.
4. Issuance of credit by The Traveler’s Collection
Within 7 business days of receipt of the returned merchandise at the Returns Center, a credit will be issued for the applicable amount using the same form of payment originally used for the order (except where other arrangements have been made, as in the case of gift orders). If you would like to order another item in place of the returned product, please submit a completely new order.

Requesting RMA Via Email

If you do not have a Traveler’s Collection account or simply prefer to use email, you may also submit an RMA request by emailing our customer service team at returns@thetravelerscollection.com. Please be sure to include your order number (which appears on your packing list), the name or Product ID of the product(s) that you would like to return, your name and email address, and the reason for the return (please provide as much detail as possible). You will receive a response from our customer service team with your RMA Number and any special return instructions, typically within two business days.

Non-Received Orders

Be sure to indicate the complete and correct shipping address when you are placing your order. The Traveler’s Collection is not responsible for items that have not been received due to an incorrect address or change of address. If you have not received your order and would like to check the status, please contact our Customer Service Department at returns@thetravelerscollection.com (be sure to note your order number and email address, and verify the correct mailing address). A member of our customer service team will check our records to determine when your order was processed and shipped. Please note that any claims related to non-receipt of merchandise must be made within 15 days of the shipment date or within 7 days of the delivery date reported by the carrier (where applicable), whichever came first.

Damaged/Incorrect Products or Incomplete Orders

At The Traveler’s Collection, your satisfaction is our priority. If you have received a damaged or incorrect item, or if part of your order is missing, please notify us immediately. The best way to report any problem with your order is to email our customer service team at returns@thetravelerscollection.com to report a problem. In your message, please include your name, order number, and email address, and provide as much detail as possible about the situation.

We will be happy to replace any damaged items, assuming a comparable replacement is available, or provide you with a full refund, including all shipping costs. Similarly, if you should receive a product other than the one you ordered, the correct product will be sent to you at no additional charge or a full refund (including shipping costs) will be issued.

Any products that might be missing from your order will be shipped as soon as possible at no additional charge to you.
